How we work
Three rules we do not bend
We never invent data. If a price, a rate or a fact is not available to us, the result says “data unavailable” and names what would be needed. A confident answer built on a guess is worse than no answer.
Every result states its limits. Each one carries what it was calculated from, where that came from, when it was checked, and what it does not cover.
No mystery scores. Where a number is used, the factors behind it and their weights are shown alongside it. We do not present an estimate as a measurement.
